I use the HP instant ink service and when I installed the first colour cartridge that was sent by the service, in my HP officejet 5740 I've been keeping getting the error: "Ink cartridge problem, remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge making sure it is correctly installed..." My instant ink account page shows an error with my colour cartridge but informs me that it can't send me another cartridge until I fix the problem. I saw there was an answer to a previous post, of a person who had the same problem, but the solution was given to him in a private message, so I couldn't see how it was fixed.
Can someone, please, give me some help?
