Hi,

I recently took my mom's printer from home to my dorm. And now everytime I try to strart the printer is give's an error. It says that there is a printing fault (either the printer itself or the ink, wich is impossible because my mom has recently changed it). It also says that if the problem keeps appearing after a restart I should contact you guys. So I don't really know what the problem is then.

I would recommend you to follow the steps from the document Resolving Printhead Errors to resolve the issue.

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
