exchanged printers and the new one will not accept the printer cartridges

replacement printer will not accept the instant ink cartridges that were installed in the old computer

Hi @Joegkr

 

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

A new Welcome Kit consisting of a color and black ink will be shipped to you once the printer is enrolled in the Instant Ink plan. The cartridges of a different printer will not work on the new ones. 

 

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
