I'm having issues printing anything in color where chunks of it appear faded when none of the ink levels are low. When running a quality diagnostic report, magenta does not show up at all and the cyan/yellow is extremely faded. I have ran the cleaning cartridge function as well as cleaning the print heads by hand but still resulting in the same issue. The last time HP instant ink sent me ink was at the end of 2017 so I feel like this ink may be extremely old and no longer good. But I see no option to order new cartridges as it says on my account it will automatically be sent to me when needed. Why am I paying monthly for a service if I can't order replacement cartridges when the site fails to send me any new ones? I'm at a loss on what to do next. I'm not replacing my printer unless I know for a fact it no longer functions. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
Alternately, you can click on the Virtual Assistant. When the assistant opens type "Where is my ink?" (w/o the quotes). The system will ask a few questions and then schedule your shipment.
