the printer claim code for HP Instant ink has 0 in it.  I keep getting error messages.  Is it a zero or the letter?

@Gussie11, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

To assist you better, what model printer are you using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

 

A numerical 0 looks like this, and the alphabet O looks like this. 

 

You may also print a new claim code if required. Refer to - Find the Printer Claim Code
