Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard and older

I just purchases a HP DeskJet 2742e printer.  I was setting up the printer and my instant ink trial.  However there is no flyer in the box with a pin number for the trial.  How do I proceed?

It was posted on the the box of the printer I purchased that it came with 6 months of instant ink.
