HP ENVY 5642 e-All-in-One Printer

Got Insta Ink program and installed their cartridges and their system is now saying my printer is not online web server connected. the printer says it IS connected, my computer says the printer IS connected, my network shows it IS connected. HP has locked my printer out, and I can't get a phone call to them to work out the issue, stuck with the Virtual no help & support.

tried all resets, re-installs, pass by firewalls. still not being allowed to connect or print. Hoping someone has a solid remedy?

I see that you are facing an issue with your instant ink cartridges.
