 GOT this from HP

Next time, wait for the “Very Low on Ink” message before replacing your ink cartridge. 

i did not get the message but did get  2 full sheets of labels screwed up . 

NOT good that you want to reprimand me and not pay for the wasted labels or wasted time .

EPSON is looking good at this point
