have had issues wit hp print.  could not get the printer to show connected, showed offline, so I uninstalled printer, and reset to factory.  finally got the printer to connect, and print is good.  but in HP Smart my printer is enrolled in the instant ink program, but does not show my printer in the account. when I try to add it, says still enrolled in another account.
