Hello, I bought ink from amazon, loaded it in my printer, and was prompted to set up hp ink. Now it is county my pages.. shouldn't I be able to print however many I want as I bought that ink elsewhere. I wanted to be able to print without counting my pages as I use my print sporadically.

Hi @Nicollettep28

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

Have you enrolled the printer in Instant Ink?

In Instant Ink service, you will be given limited number of pages to print according to the plan you choose while enrollment.

For more info on how Instant Ink works, refer to this document.

If you are using regular HP Ink cartridges, there will be no limits on how many pages you print.

Where do you see the pages being counted? Kindly send a picture of the same in your next post for better assistance.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
