hi, after updating windows 10 of my PC my hp 3830 printer no longer prints in color if connected

I'm getting error messages "Cartridge error. Remove and reinstall cartridges then press OK" I have done this several times but it does not help. I removed the color cartridge and it works fine with only the black cartridge installed. do I have a defective color cartridge? If so, How do I obtain a new cartridge? I ha instant ink

I recommend to call hp instant ink to resolve the issue. 1‑855‑785‑2777
