I have not received ink cartridges for over 12 months but HP INK are still taking a fee from my debit card I have tried signing into my account in an attempt to cancel the subscription but the option to look at my plan is not available.

I do not wish to continue with HP ink, how can I stop them taking the payment.

I am sorry you are stuck.

 

  • Instant Ink is a Print-by-Page subscription.
  • Ink is sent when the printer reports to the service that new ink is needed.
  • Read more about how the service works in the Website, in your Terms of Service contract, and in the article mentioned below.

 

  • The Cancellation process is explained in your Terms of Service Contract.
    • If you cannot for any reason complete the steps, contact Instant Ink Support in your region.

 

Support Contact information is posted at the Instant Ink website AND in your Terms of Service Contract.
