I wish this to be a formal complaint of HP insta ink and support:
-The website, not informing me I was making a change from 1 plan to another. (I thought i was looking at more information)
-Not being able to immediately cancel the change due to the error.
-The misrepresentation of flexibility advertised on the website.
- The fact when it did change the one I was on disappeared, there was no warning I could not change back.
-The fact I have been on the phone and website chat for over an hour and a half
-The fact no one can help me
- the fact when i asked to make a formal complaint the person on the phone went to get help but the line went dead and the on line chat wont give me a formal complaint process details.
I dont believe the people i spoke to are empowered to help or have the ability to help cancel the change, although they were very appologetic
