Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have enrolled my printer and signed up for an account (I have used the code printed out by my printer) but I cannot see an option for the 7 month offer that was in the retailers advertising and stated on the printer box.

Once enrolled within 7 days of installation, the free months will automatically be credited to your Instant Ink account. For assistance with enrollment, refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

If not, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
