HI, 

I purchased a new printer "HP DeskJet 3762" and signed up to HP Instant Ink and got 4 months free, but my printer broke before the first cartridge is delivered, so I cancelled the service. then next day, I got a second hand printer "HP Deskjet 4120e" which also supports instant ink, I would like to re-enroll with the 4 months free but cannot see the free months under "Special offers" when I am on "Confirm your details" page. Can HP Support help me with this matter?

The refurbished printer does not go with free months and you cannot use the offer of the previous printer on the replacement one.
