when trying to get my printer to hp instant ink it brings up this error code and the printer will no longer work.
can anyone tell me what it means and how to connect my printer?

What model printer are you using?
Are you able to print and copy fine on the printer?
Perform a power reset
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Check if the print carriage is moving freely. Refer to this document to know how.
Also, reinsert the ink cartridges.
Now, try enrolling to Instant ink. You may refer to HP Printers - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink document for more info.
