I want to buy the service Hp eprint but when I write the eprint code teh system tells me that the printer is already connected with another account, that probably is not mine 'cause I've already logged in with my personal Hp account.

Could you help me please?? Tksss

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the Instant Ink account enrollment.

 

To better assist you - May I have the exact model name of the printer? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

While you respond to that, please try these steps - "“Printer already claimed” error message" from this document.
