Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I cannot figure out how to install the larger cartridges that HP Instant Ink sent. I would like to get the smaller cartridges that worked just fine.  Is there a support phone number anywhere?

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you received larger cartridge and are unable to install the cartridge.

 

The instant ink cartridges are 2XL cartridges, you would have install the cartridges just the way you isntall regular ink.

 

Could you share an image of the new and old cartridge?
