Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently cancelled my membership to hp ink.com no where in any of the literature did I find that when you do, your ink cartridges shut down your printing I have two brand new cartridges that I paid for but that are now worthless,  Why?  I paid for it? it seems like juvenile sand box mentality =if you don't belong to the club you cant use the ink even though you already paid for I what a Ripoff

I am sorry you are upset.

 

The information you are seeking is in the Terms of Service contract for your region.

 

The payments are for the print-by-page subscription.

Ink is supplied during the time the subscription / service is active.

Instant Ink cartridges remain the property of HP.

When the service / contract is terminated by you or by HP, all Instant Ink cartridges are to be removed and returned to HP.
