Why did I buy and register hp+ and ink accounts but didn't get free ink for 6 months, and I didn't see any exchange?

Ok, the language of my first question is English, so can you answer my question? Why did I get 6 months of free ink when I bought it, but I didn't get 6 months of free ink and I didn't have a redemption code?

To locate your account, please provide
 

Your registered email address
Your Instant Ink account ID
Serial number of your printer enrolled in instant ink
Confirm your address,
