Hey. So my instant ink account says I printed 500 pages yesterday when I in fact did not.

How do I go about fixing this? Is this a normal problem? My printer actually kept getting messed up and not printing the pages. I probably printed about 250 pages yesterday.

It's super frustrating because now I have a $5  charge on my account and I have more stuff to print. I have the 700 page print count so I can print my kids home school stuff. And now I can't finish printing what I need to because of this wrong page count.

I did send stuff to my printer multiple times and cancelled some stuff because my printer was being crazy. But it never printed the stuff.

Hey. I keep trying to respond but it won't let me. It says something about how my message has html in it. Or something. But there isn't. Now it says I've reached the amount of replies and have to wait until later. Not sure whats going on.
