Hi! I have a HP Office Jet 3831 all in and I subscribed the hp instant ink but, even if I have finisched my ink 15 days ago, I didn't receive new cartriges. How can I do?

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Make sure the printer is connected to the Internet for the Instant ink servers to monitor the ink levels and automatically send the ink cartridges when required.
