Hi, I have a HP ENVY Photo 7130, and I subscribed the HP Instant ink, and I have no more black ink.
In your subscribtions it says that I will never ran out of ink. and that is exactly what happen. So now I expect you will send me ink as soon as possible.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Make sure the printer is connected to the Internet for the Instant Ink servers to monitor the ink levels in the printer and send the ink cartridges automatically.
As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
