HP Office Jet 5255 will not print or copy after installation of new ink cartridges

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Are you getting any error message or code? eg: paper jam 
  • What is the operating system?

When you say it does not print or copy, does it give out blank pages or the paper does not get picked up from the tray?

 

If the paper gets picked up, remove the tricolor ink cartridge and try printing in single-cartridge mode. Viceversa try printing with just black ink cartridge. This will help us isolate the issue.
