Hi @nick10800907 ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e is displaying a message indicating an issue with your HP account, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

  • Verify HP Account Credentials: Ensure that you're entering the correct credentials (username and password) for your HP account. Sometimes, errors can occur due to mistyped or forgotten credentials.
  • Reset Password: If you're not sure about your password or suspect it might be incorrect, you can try resetting it. Visit the HP account login page and look for the "Forgot password?" option. Follow the prompts to reset your password.
  • Check Network Connection: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to the network. Check the Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection settings on your printer to ensure it's connected to the same network as your computer.
  • Update Printer Firmware: Make sure your printer has the latest firmware installed. You can usually check for updates through the printer's settings menu or by visiting the HP support website and searching for your printer model.Update the firmware on an HP printer
  • Restart Printer and Computer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary issues. Turn off your printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on. Also, restart your computer to refresh the connection.
  • Check HP Smart App: If you're using the HP Smart app to manage your printer, ensure that it's up to date. Sometimes, updating the app can resolve compatibility issues.
