i have bought a officejet 5232 which for a long time has run normally, we have bought cartridges our

i have bought a deskjet office which for a long time has run normally, we have bought cartridges ourselves, now i have put the cartridges we have received from hp instant ink and now the printer does not think it was created at hp and therefore the cartridges do not work. what do I do?
