Ive had an account awhile back and cancelled it and now im wanting to reactivate my account. I have 4 old ink cartriges that i need to use. but i cant get to the page to enroll

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the Instant Ink enrollment. 

 

To better assist you - May I have the exact model name of the printer? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

 While you respond to that, to re-enroll the printer, we need a claim code and for that you'll have to remove the We-Services and re-enable it. 

 

Refer to this document for steps.
