Hi.Instant ink code not working and cartridges are incompatible - but they are brand new and originals.

What to do.

I see that you have issues with the instant ink code, to provide you with ana accurate solution, I'd like to know the following-

  • Could you share the picture of the screen where you try to enter the code?
  • What is the exact error message on the printer about the ink cartridges?

code that came with printer isnt valid,  but the one printed from printer is OK.

But original black cartridge (brand new ) is incompatible according to printer,  coloured one is fine.
