incompatible cartridges

HP Recommended
Hp ink tank wireless 410 series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have an issue with the cartridge of my printer.. i bought the printer aug.2018 and now the status shown that the cartridge was incompatible with the device.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

  • Step 1: Determine which printhead caused the error
  • Step 2: Remove, inspect, and then reseat the printheads
  • Step 3: Reset the printer
  • Step 4: Service the printer
