Hi there, thanks for your help in advance!

so my HP ENVY 4520 printer has currently run out of ink, it says on the machine the ink number should be 63, since I couldn't buy the 63 from anywhere, so I chose to buy the number 302, which it says on the pack its compatible with HP ENVY 4520. but it always shows incompatible ink cartridge on the screen. I tried to reset to manufacture setting, it didn't work, and I followed the hp website instruction turn on and off and cut the power connection etc, and also tried to clean the copper connection points.. none of them work unfortunately, still shows the same message.

so please help for this situation, what else should I do?

Where was printer purchased and where is it being used?

 

If the printer was purchased in a different country from where it's  been used a region reset must be performed o the printer to accept the cartridges
