ink cartridge failure

Hello

I have a message displayed on my printer diagnostics that my Tri-Colour cartridge has failed, supplied by HP Instant Ink. I have cleaned the cartridge as suggessted on the HP Help pages but still showing as a failure. It says that it needs replacing, please  could you send another coloured cartridge out , as I cannot find any access to a human to discuss this with.
