ink cartridges 953xl . My printer says that one or more cartridges there are not or are damaged

I bought ink cartridges 953xl full pack from HP Store . My printer says that one or more cartridges there are not or are damaged. There the symbol of the colour C. It does not print

Do you have any other Cyan(blue) cartridge with you to check if this error comes up with that cartridge too?
