Hello there! 

So I signed up for the 'Free Ink fills' program, and as we don't use the printer that often, I opted for the free plan. I sent an email to the company as per the instructions on the package, but to date, I have not received any ink. I did get an email asking me to send up to 10 attachments, but I don't understand what attachments to send. At this point, I am completely out of black ink. I had thought that there'd be some monitoring of my ink levels so that we would never get to the empty stage. 

Can you let me know what I'm doing wrong?
