I am not very grateful to you because of the lack of reliability. Before purchasing the printer, they told me that the ink would come for six months even if you did not use the ink, but you did not send me the ink for the month of 19.02-19.03, and I contacted the Italian branch and they told me that the ink would be sent. This is a contradiction and I do not accept it. . I attached a picture of the program to send ink, and you did not return 20€ to my account after I subscribed to Instantink. Please, I want the ink that you did not send. Thank you
