HP smart forced me to reenroll printer for ink; When I called HP to cancel duplicate enrollment, tech cancelled all of my accoounts and could not restore settings after three hours; now I cannot print at all and despte being told that problem was being elevated to next level for attention have not received any calls from HP. Problem got worse since I could print and now I cannot and even after restoring factory settings, computer will not recognize printer; Printer code is not recognized in program.
