Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer

i use inta ink, I'm having issues with my color cartridge.  i was just sent a new cartridge, but once installed I'm getting an error, cartridges are not communicating with he printer.  i have already tried the trouble shooting suggestions
