when i first got my printer i signed up for insta ink. then my printer broke. then i got a message from insta ink to call . so i did and was told i was over the limit. when i explained my printer has been broken and i haven't been printing the lady almost called me a liar and said i would have to upgrade if i wanted to print anymore. i was and am still upset i only print maybe 5 pages a week but now i have to pay for 100 pages or i lose instaink and my printer because they can shut your printer down if you do not comply and it is 50 miles to the nearest ink store. i feel like i have been attacked by the borg resistance is futile. they need better customer services.
