instant ink cartidge error

Hello,

 

I have a magenta Instant Ink cartridge that is continuously showing a Cartridge Error on the printer. I have followed all the steps suggested in previous posts and by the Virtual Assistant (printer reset, firmware update, cleaning cartridge and contacts, etc.) but with no luck at all.

 

Instant Ink does not seem to be able to send a new cartridge precisely because of the cartridge error. It has now been more than 2 days and this is unfortunately getting quite frustrating!

 

Any help at all would be much appreciated.

Let's try these steps - HP Inkjet Printers - Ink Cartridge Errors 

 

Also, have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

 

If the suggested information can't be found, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
