HP Recommended
I received my first shipment of Instant ink cartridges, and only had to replace the colour at that time. The cartridge worked fine. When i went to instal the black sometime later when trying to print something, i would only have the bottom half of the lines showing and the problem got worse. Now the Black doesn't print anything, and it doesn't look like the colour is print much either. I am uploading a picture of what the page looks like when i print a quality report.
Any help with this would be appreciated i cannot seem to find a way to contact HP to explain and, I will not get sent another cartridge until these show as close to empty.
