Product: HP ENVY Photo 6200 All-in-One

I just got my new printer, but the cartridges doesn't sit in place it doesnt make a click sound or lock it when i gently push it in, it just pushes right back out. I have tried cleaning the cartridges and i put them in correctly (black in right, colored in left) without touching the contacts, so what am i doing wrong? Can you guys help me?
