Hi

 

My elderly mother has managed to lock her printer.  I think the DD for the instant ink has been cancelled.  However, she has no idea what her log in is to the HP account.

 

i've tried using her email address but there's no account for it.

 

Frankly, I'm at a loss.  All I need to do is reset the printer to factory settings but I can't work out how to do that either since the old utilities have gone and its all via the HP Smart app.

 

Can anyone help!
