OK I am in a bit of a bind here, I have to get a repatriation flight in 11 days time, and need to get documents printed for Visas! My printer has not had ink put in it since May 2017!

The prints are sometimes green, sometimes black sometimes in part pale colour, I pretty much guess it is the ink cartridges that have been in the pointer unused for 3 years, but now I have multiple useless copies of documents that I am apparently "paying for" via the "overuse" of my allowance, , and yet I have none that I can actually use!

 

the Virtual agent, if it were real would have the "&*(*^" kicked out of it! by now, I have been paying for ink that I do not use for YEARS, yet no that I actually need it, it will not work,  and all I can get is a virtual agent that is as much use as a ….. well we will try an keep it polite here !

 

I need WORKING INK in a hurry, or face losing £4100.. am I quicker buying a new printer or hoping for the miracle of working ink????
