instant ink error message

hey,

hopefully someone can help me as I am getting extremely frustrated with my hp printer.

 

so basically my printer stopped working..... because of hp instant ink. and I updated my billing info which is what it wanted...... and my printer still will not work. 

I am getting charged for the highest package 22$ or something and I still cannot print anything, and not to mention they sent out ANOTHER SHIPMENT of ink when I just put new cartridges in...... it says I have to go to instant ink.com to figure out issues, but there's nothing telling me what the problem is when I go to there....

 

I have tried setting up the printer and deleting the network or whatever a bunch of times... and nothing works..... it asks me to print off a code, but it won't print. the virtual assistant is ZERO HELP TO ME.  apparently the beginning of the email is the code I need? well I have tried to use that multiple times and I am getting very annoyed because it says I cannot use it...... I have had this printer for two months... and I am very disappointed with it . it shouldn't be this hard to print things.... and to top it off I am in the middle of launching my new business so this is putting a halt on everything and I am losing money.

 

hopefully someone can help me because I am about to throw out this printer !
