Product: HP ENVY 7300 series printer
I am subscribed to the Instant Ink scheme. The black cartridge in my printer has developed a fault (documents do not print properly, although the colour is fine). I have followed all of the available guidance - to clean headers, realign, etc etc etc - but nothing has worked
Like other users on this forum, the Virtual Agent just sends me round and round in the same circles. I've tried endlessly to get to 'speak' to an actual (human) agent online, but without success. I expect, under the instant ink scheme I may be entitled to a replacement cartridge? But how on earth do I place that request, as there does not seem to be any means on contacting anyone to do that.
