envy 6032

Good Afternoon,

I have just purchased a HP Envy 6032 from Curry's. On the order and a sticker on the printer it advises of a 5 month free trial of instant ink. I have set the printer up and enrolled for instant ink £1.99 plan, however no where in my account does it say about the 5 months free.  I also was given an additional code of FREEINK by someone in store and this would give me an extra month free, totalling 6 months free yet again I can not see this in my account page.

My printer also came with a leaflet that suggests I could get 15 free prints per month for the life of my printer and this is also not showing up on the website after I have enrolled.

I know cartridges are due to be sent in the next 10 days and I want to ensure that this is under the trial and that I will not be charged for this. I have checked my account but it doesn't show.

can you please get back to me as soon as possible.

Thank you

Mohammed Riaz
