hi
I bought a new printer 2 days ago it said u get 2 months free trial with instant ink. iv downloaded the app and signed up but my 2 months is not showing

Hi @Jay_G24 apologies but I can't seem to be able to private message you - there is no option for private message on your profile page that I can see). I also don't see a little blue envelope by my profile either. Could you provide me with an email address to send the information to please?
