Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I pay for instant ink and have not had a delivery since 2014. The red and yellow do not work at all and I need a new color cartridge. But since the level is reading as half full, I am not getting an automatic shipment. How do I get a new color cartridge?

I just want to say that while I am extremely pleased that the virtual agent could go ahead and send me a new color cartridge from my instant ink account, it was not terribly intuitive to know that using it would solve my problem. The instant ink account page did not say or suggest anything about the virtual agent within the account screens, that I should use the virtual agent to sort out my issue. 

 

I have been extremely pleased with the HP Envy 5530 and recommend it.
