instant ink not working on new printer and unable to connect new printer

Hi, I've just found out that my instant ink cartridges do not work in my replacement printer, issued as my previous one was faulty. I have 4 months left on my instant ink trial. Does anyone know how I can transfer this over to my new printer please and get hold of cartridges for this?


I am also having issues connecting to the new printer as it asks me for a WSP pin which I understand flashes up on the printer display screen. Mine just says to insert cartridges,  and if I insert the ones from my old printer just says they're not compatible. Any help much appreciated please thank you
