Good evening. The color ink cartridge is empty but, according the instant ink,  I just received  only the black color cartridge, so I can't use the printer.  I find difficulties to reach HP support  for Instant ink programme in order to receive the cartridge ( first cartridge in about 2 year). what to do?

If you have an HP Instant Ink subscription, it's possible that the system is still processing your request for a new color ink cartridge. Sometimes there can be a delay between the time you make a request and when the replacement cartridge is shipped out. You can check your account status on the HP Instant Ink website to see if a replacement cartridge is on its way.

If you have already received a notification that a new color ink cartridge has been shipped, but you only received a black ink cartridge, you should contact HP customer support to report the issue. They can help you troubleshoot the problem and determine if there was a mistake with the shipment. You may also want to check your account settings to make sure that you have selected the correct ink plan that includes both black and color ink cartridges.

In the meantime, if you need to print in color and don't have a replacement cartridge, you can try adjusting your printer settings to print in black and white or grayscale to conserve the remaining ink in your color cartridge.

I hope this helps, and I wish you the best of luck resolving your issue with the ink cartridges.
