My printer says I need to replace the color cartridge. But in my account it says I'm good on ink and more will be sent when the printer triggers it to be sent. I'm so confused. I've never had a problem with instant ink. I love it! I tried the virtual agent and that didn't help me. How can I get a color cartridge sent to me. I obviously don't want to go buy my own because it costs so much.
